Starmer briefs Trump on support for Ukraine from "coalition of willing" - Reuters

During a telephone conversation between British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and US President Donald Trump on 17 March, the British leader informed Trump about the state of negotiations within the "coalition of the willing".

This was reported by the Reuters news agency, Censor.NET informs.

"The prime minister updated the president on his coalition of the willing call ... He reiterated that all must work together to put Ukraine in the strongest possible position to secure a just and lasting peace," the spokesperson of Starmer said.

As noted, this coalition, which includes countries such as Britain, France, Turkey, Canada and Australia, is discussing plans to send up to 30,000 troops to Ukraine, as well as provide other assistance in the form of weapons and logistical support.
