Rutte has "full faith" in Trump’s ability to reach lasting peace deal on Ukraine

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said he has "full faith" in US President Donald Trump's ability to reach a peace agreement on Ukraine and considers it "great" that representatives of Ukraine and the United States agreed on a ceasefire proposal at a meeting in Saudi Arabia last week.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Yevropeiska Pravda with reference to CNN.
Rutte also emphasized that he does not believe that Trump trusts Putin too much.
"He knows President Putin very well from his first term. So he knows how he has to make sure that he can get a deal done. I have full faith in that," he said.
As a reminder, Trump may impose sanctions on Russia if his talks with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin are not successful.
