Russians drop GABs on house in Krasnopillia in Sumy region: two people are killed

On March 20, at about 3:20 p.m., the Russian military dropped GABs on a residential building in Krasnopillia village, Sumy district. Two residents were killed.

Under the procedural supervision of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the commission of war crimes that resulted in the death of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on March 20, 2025, at about 3:20 p.m., the occupiers dropped guided aerial bombs on a two-story residential building in the village of Krasnopillia, Sumy district.

As noted, the enemy attack killed a 69-year-old woman and a man whose identity is being established.

Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the shelling.

As a reminder, in November 2024, a mandatory evacuation of the population to safer areas was announced from the village of Krasnopillia, Sumy region.
