Agreement without any foundation is something Putin will definitely violate – Starmer.

Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin will violate any peace agreement that is not backed by security guarantees.
This was stated by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Censor.NET reports citing Sky News.
Starmer noted that the work being done by Ukraine's allies to ensure peace is "vital."
"Last weekend and the two weekends before that we had groups of international political leaders who came together to ensure that there was political agreement and collective agreement that we must work together to ensure that any deal that is struck is protected," Starmer said.
He added that it is vital that "an agreement without any foundation is something that Putin will definitely violate."
"We know this because it has happened before. I'm absolutely sure it will happen again," Starmer concluded.
