Zelenskyy arrives in Donetsk region and hears report on defense of Pokrovsk direction (updated). VIDEO

Today, on 22 March 2025, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in the Donetsk region on a working visit.

He said this on his Telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.

"I thank all our defenders. I honour all the fallen heroes. I thank everyone who helps Ukraine and supports us," he said.

"I listened to a report on the defense of the Pokrovske direction, the operational situation, and the fulfillment of tasks. I honored our soldiers with state awards.

Commanders Madiar, Achilles, Hasan, Veres and Zemliak reported on the first results of the "Drone Line" during the operation in Kursk region, as well as in Donetsk and other important areas," the Head of State noted.
