Russians attacked Ruska Lozova in Kharkiv region with Lancet, man is wounded

On the afternoon of Sunday, March 23, Russian invaders attacked the village of Ruska Lozova in the Kharkiv region with a drone. A local resident was injured.

This was reported on Telegram by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, Censor.NET reports.

"According to the investigation, on the afternoon of March 23, an enemy drone struck the village of Ruska Lozova, Kharkiv district. A 54-year-old local resident was wounded. The victim was taken to a hospital for medical treatment," the agency said.

It has been preliminarily established that the occupiers used a Lancet UAV to attack civilians.

Law enforcement officers are currently documenting another war crime committed by the Russian Federation. A pre-trial investigation into the fact of committing a war crime (Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
