Since very first days of occupation, Russian Federation has turned Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant into zone of nuclear terror and human rights violations – Lubinets

Lubinets and Grossi talked about ZNPP

Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets met with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi.

Lubinets reported this in his Telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.

"During the discussion, he emphasized the security and humanitarian situation around the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, which from the first days of the Russian occupation has become a zone of nuclear terror, human rights violations and international humanitarian law," the ombudsman said.

Lubinets thanked Grossi for his personal involvement in these complex processes, his consistent support for the principles of nuclear safety and his clear position on the inadmissibility of the use of nuclear energy for military purposes.

It is noted that the parties agreed to maintain constant communication on the situation at the Zaporizhzhia NPP.
