Sanctions against Russia should not be lifted but strengthened – Finnish President Stubb

President of Finland Alexander Stubb said that sanctions against Russia should not be lifted.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Yle.
"We are again in a situation where agreements concluded with Russia can rarely be trusted. We will not be lifting sanctions, but rather strengthening them," he explained.
Stubb believes that in such a situation, Russia will initiate peace talks and a ceasefire.
As a reminder, following negotiations with the United States in Saudi Arabia, Russia put forward a number of demands regarding the lifting of sanctions as a condition for declaring a ceasefire in the Black Sea.
