I haven’t heard anyone in U.S. talking about leaving NATO - Stubb

Finnish President Alexander Stubb said that during his visit to the United States he did not hear any talks from American officials about the possible withdrawal of the United States from NATO.

"I have not yet heard anyone serious in the US administration, I emphasize, anyone serious in the US administration, say that they are somehow withdrawing from NATO," he said.

"What President Trump is doing now is the right thing. He's putting pressure on European nations to increase their defense spending... and to take more responsibility for their own security," Stubb added.
