From today, all reservations made under old rules are no longer valid - Ministry of Economy

booking

Starting 1 April 2025, all reservations made under the old rules will become invalid. Only companies that have already updated their criticality status in accordance with the new requirements will be able to continue booking their specialists after this date.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press centre of the Ministry of Economy.

"Since the beginning of the year, most bona fide companies have already re-confirmed their criticality with the relevant government agencies and re-booked their employees. The deferrals of re-booked employees will remain in force after the first of April," said Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

What will change from 1 April?

  • Expiration of bookings made under the old system.
  • Restoration of the standard regime for processing applications for employee reservations for critical enterprises (within 72 hours).
  • Reservations will be available exclusively to companies that have received confirmation of criticality under the new rules.

What should companies that have not yet updated their status do?

  1. Update your company's criticality status according to the new procedure.
  2. After confirming the new criticality status, re-book employees.
  3. If an employee already has an active booking, it must first be cancelled.

It is also noted that all bookings are made exclusively in electronic format through the Diia portal. No paper documents or orders need to be prepared.

The service is implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. The service is being modernised thanks to the "Diia Support Project" implemented by the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine with the support of Sweden.
