111 combat engagements on front, most in Pokrovsk and Siversk directions – General Staff

As of 4 p.m., the number of combat engagements on the frontline is 111.
Situation in the north
Today, enemy artillery and mortar fire affected communities bordering the Russian Federation, in particular Zarichchia in the Chernihiv region. The settlements of Myropilske, Naumivka, Prokhody, Uhroidy, Krasnopillia, Velykyi Prykil, Turia and Petrushivka in the Sumy region were hit by enemy aircraft.
Hostilities in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv direction, the Defense Forces successfully stopped two enemy attacks near Vovchansk, and two combat engagements are currently ongoing near Kamianka and in the direction of Lyptsi.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked 11 times in the areas of Pishchane, Stepova Novoselivka, Nova Kruhliakivka and Zahryzove, one battle is still ongoing.
Hostilities in Donbas
In the Lyman direction, the invading army launched ten attacks on Ukrainian positions in the direction of Nove and Zelena Dolyna, three battles are ongoing. Our soldiers are steadfastly holding the line and inflicting losses on the enemy.
In the Siversk direction, the enemy attacked in the areas of Bilohorivka, Ivan-Darivka, towards Verkhnokamianske and Serebrianka. In total, 15 combat engagements have taken place since the beginning of the day, ten of which were successfully stopped by our defenders, five are still ongoing
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy attacks near Chasiv Yar, Kurdiumivka and in the direction of Predtechyne. Our defenders stopped two enemy offensives, and one firefight is currently underway.
In the Toretsk direction, four combat engagements took place since the beginning of the day in the areas of Shcherbynivka, Toretsk and in the direction of Dyliivka. One combat engagement is still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the Russian invaders made 35 attempts to push our defenders from their positions near the towns of Oleksandropil, Vodiane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Andriivka, as well as towards Bohdanivka, Novoserhiivka, Romanivka and Pokrovsk. The defense forces are holding back the attack and repelled 33 enemy attacks, two firefights are ongoing.
In the Novopavlivka direction, four enemy attacks took place in the areas of Kostiantynopil and Rozlyv.
Hostilities in the south
Ukrainian troops repelled four enemy assaults in the Huliaipole direction near Pryvilne and Novopil. Zelene Pole, Novodarivka, Huliaipole and Zaliznychne were hit by air strikes.
Four enemy attacks successfully stopped the Defense Forces in the Orikhiv direction, the invaders were trying to advance towards Novodanylivka and Stepove.
One combat engagement out of three that took place in the Prydniprovske direction today has not yet been completed.
Ukrainian Armed Forces' operation in the Kursk region
In the Kursk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled ten enemy attacks, and two more combat engagements are still ongoing. In addition, the enemy launched 16 air strikes, dropping 31 GABs (guided aerial bombs), and fired 148 artillery shells at our troops' positions and settlements, including two from multiple launch rocket systems.
In other directions, there were no major changes in the situation.
