Lavrov: Russia has handed over list of Ukraine’s "violations" of moratorium on attacks on Russian energy facilities to US and UN

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russia allegedly adheres to the moratorium on strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure facilities by "one hundred percent."

He said this at a press conference, as quoted by Russian media, Censor.NET reports.

"The Russian Federation has submitted a list of Ukraine's violations of the moratorium on attacks on energy facilities to the United States, the United Nations, and the OSCE," Lavrov said.

According to him, Russia is "100%" complying with the moratorium on attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

He also noted that Belousov told Russian dictator Putin at a Security Council meeting about Ukraine's failure to comply with the moratorium.

"Russia needs not empty promises, but concrete actions within the Black Sea initiative. The United States is studying Russia's proposals on the Black Sea initiative and promised to respond in the near future," the Russian minister said.

"Russia has made concrete proposals for the practical implementation of the Black Sea initiative," Lavrov added.

Earlier, the Russian dictator's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia may not adhere to the "energy truce."
