General Staff: 141 combat engagements on front line, enemy launched 45 attacks in Pokrovsk direction
Since the beginning of this day, as of 10:00 p.m., 141 combat engagements have taken place at the front.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Today, the Russian invaders carried out 72 air strikes, used 122 guided bombs, engaged 646 kamikaze drones and fired 3432 times at the positions of our troops and settlements.
Hostilities in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv direction, the Defense Forces successfully stopped four enemy attacks towards Vovchansk and Krasne Pershe, and two more combat engagements are currently underway in the directions of Kamianka and Lyptsi.
In the Kupiansk direction, the aggressor carried out 11 offensives in the areas of Pishchane, Stepova Novoselivka, Nova Kruhliakivka and Zahryzove. Ukrainian defense forces successfully stopped all attacks.
Hostilities in Donbas
In the Lyman direction, Russian invaders attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 13 times in the direction of Nove, Myrne and Zelena Dolyna, nine attacks have already been repelled, four are ongoing.
In the Siversk direction, the enemy attacked in the areas of Bilohorivka, Ivano-Darivka, towards Verkhnokamianske and Serebrianka. In total, 15 combat engagements have taken place since the beginning of the day, 12 of which were successfully stopped by our defenders, three are still ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled three enemy attacks in the vicinity of Chasiv Yar, Kurdiumivka and towards Predtechyne.
In the Toretsk direction, our troops repelled ten enemy attacks in the areas of Leonidivka, Dachne, Shcherbynivka, Toretsk and towards Dyliivka; two combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the enemy has carried out 45 attacks in the areas of Kalynove, Tarasivka, Zelene, Kotlyne, Oleksandropil, Vodiane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Andriivka, as well as towards Bohdanivka, Novoserhiivka, Romanivka, and Pokrovsk. So far, seven combat engagements are ongoing. According to preliminary data, Ukrainian forces have neutralized 228 enemy personnel in this area, 131 of them irreversibly. Four vehicles, two infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs), an armored recovery vehicle, a satellite terminal, and an electronic warfare (EW) station were destroyed. In addition, three armored combat vehicles and one motorcycle were damaged.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy made five attempts to break through our defenses in the areas of Kostiantynopil and Rozlyv. Three battles are currently underway.
Hostilities in the south
In the Huliaipole direction, the invaders attacked five times near Pryvilne and in the direction of Novopil. Zelene Pole, Novodarivka, Huliaipole and Zaliznychne were hit by air strikes.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy tried to advance towards Novodanylivka and Stepove, and Ukrainian troops repelled all five enemy attacks.
In the Prydniprovske direction, our troops stopped three enemy attacks.
Ukrainian Armed Forces operation in Kursk region
Today, 12 combat engagements took place in the Kursk direction. At the same time, the enemy carried out 16 air strikes, dropped a total of 31 guided bombs and fired 186 artillery shells, including 4 from multiple launch rocket systems.
In other directions, the operational situation did not change much.
