1300 people remain in Pokrovsk, security situation is very difficult – Regional Military Administration

As of now, 3,926 people still live in the Pokrovsk community in Donetsk region, and 1,300 people live in the town itself. The security situation is very difficult.
This was reported on television by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin, Ukrinform reports, Censor.NET informs.
"There are 3,926 people in the Pokrovsk community, and 1,300 in the city itself. The situation there is the most difficult," the official said.
Filashkin noted that the Pokrovsk community has invincibility points where humanitarian aid is brought to people.
"There are invincibility points there, and we bring humanitarian aid to all of them and distribute it to people... We come only thanks to our military, because it is very dangerous to get to towns like Pokrovsk. The enemy is shelling every day, not only with cannon artillery, but also with FPV drones on fiber optics. And it is very difficult to bring in humanitarian aid," said the head of the Regional Military Administration.
He added that the evacuation from Pokrovsk continues.
"We choose a certain time and, in coordination with our military, we take people out," Filashkin added.
