Mass dolphin deaths recorded in occupied Crimea due to Russian military activity – National Resistance Center

A mass die-off of dolphins has been recorded in temporarily occupied Crimea, reportedly caused by Russia’s military presence.

As reported by Censor.NET, the information was released by the National Resistance Center.

The main causes of this environmental disaster include:

• Oil spills from Russian warships;

• The impact of powerful acoustic signals used during military drills and equipment operation;

• Illegal sea traps and nets placed in the water.

These factors disorient dolphins, disrupting their ability to navigate, communicate, and hunt — ultimately leading to their deaths and mass strandings along the coastline.
