2025 is critical year for Ukraine. Our task is to provide urgent military assistance - Healey

British Defense Secretary John Healey, speaking at the 27th meeting of the Ramstein format, spoke of a "critical year" in the war.
According to Censor.NET, Sky News reports.
"2025 is a critical year for the war in Ukraine, and this is a critical moment. We stand with you in the fight, and we stand with you in peace," he said.
Healey also said that the UK had pledged £350 million in aid to Ukraine on the morning of April 11, part of a wider £450 million package that he said would strengthen UK-Ukraine industrial ties and also provide Kyiv with more weapons.
According to Healey, the British aid package includes radars, anti-tank mines, and hundreds of thousands of drones. It also includes funding for the repair of military equipment.
"This is part of a new effort to repair thousands of Ukrainian vehicles," said the head of the UK Ministry of Defense.
Healey urged the audience to rethink how they can help Ukraine.
"Our task as defense ministers is to get urgent military aid into the hands of Ukrainian soldiers," he said.
As a reminder, the 27th meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine's Defense (Ramstein format) began on April 11 in Brussels under the joint chairmanship of British Defense Secretary John Healey and German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius.
