"Another in series of war crimes" - Mathernova on Russia’s missile attack on Sumy on Palm Sunday

European Union Ambassador to Ukraine Katarina Mathernova condemned Russia's missile attack on Sumy, calling it another war crime.

She wrote about this on the social network X, Censor.NET reports.

"A terrible Russian attack on Sumy this morning - two ballistic missiles hit the city center. Just as the parishioners gathered for the Palm Sunday service! Another in a series of war crimes!" Maternova wrote.

Russian strike on Sumy on Palm Sunday

As a reminder, on April 13, 2025, Russian troops struck Sumy with ballistic missiles. Significant destruction and a large number of casualties have been reported.

As of this minute, there are 31 dead and at least 84 wounded.
