Russians hit Kivsharivka in Kupiansk district with MLRS: man is wounded and high-rise building is damaged

A civilian was wounded as a result of hostile shelling on April 13 in the village of Kivsharivka, Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was launched.
"According to the investigation, on April 13, around 12:00, Russian troops shelled the village of Kivsharivka in Kupyansk district. It has been preliminarily established that the attack was carried out from the Uragan multiple rocket launcher system," the statement said.
The prosecutor's office said that the attack damaged an apartment building. A 71-year-old man was injured and taken to a medical facility for medical care.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian military attacked Kupiansk in Kharkiv region with MLRS, killing two women.
