This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, Censor.NET reports.
The incident occurred around 8:40. As a result of the explosion, a 59-year-old man sustained blast trauma and shrapnel wounds. His 62-year-old wife suffered an acute stress reaction.
