Presence of "Coalition of Willing" in Ukraine is element of security guarantees - Zelenskyy
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the participation of Western partners within the framework of the "Coalition of the Willing" is part of the system of security guarantees for Ukraine.
He made this statement during a briefing in Odesa, according to Censor.NET with reference to Ukrinform.
According to the President, this involves the presence of Western contingents in Ukraine’s air, maritime, and land domains. Negotiations have already taken place in Paris, London, and Brussels, with further meetings planned in Turkey.
"We are talking about the presence of a contingent at sea. Discussions are currently underway regarding the presence of these forces in the Black Sea. We believe that Turkey could play a significant role in future maritime security guarantees," Zelenskyy noted.
The President emphasized that such cooperation is especially important for coastal cities, particularly Odesa and Mykolaiv, which require additional protection due to constant threats from the Russian Federation.
