Avoid mass gatherings and report suspicious individuals: SSU issues recommendations for Easter

Dangers during Easter. What the SSU recommends

SSU urges citizens to avoid mass gatherings during Easter

As reported by Censor.NET, the Security Service of Ukraine has published a statement on its official website.

According to the statement, operatives of Russian intelligence services are attempting to provoke artificial conflicts between representatives of different religious communities and denominations.

Occupiers are also deploying their agents to plan terrorist attacks and adjust airstrikes on Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure.

"Enemy targets are primarily places where large numbers of people gather, regardless of the location — whether it’s a city center or a residential courtyard," the statement reads.

Ahead of and during the Easter holiday, the SSU urges citizens to:

  • avoid attending mass gatherings;

  • refrain from reacting to provocations or incitement to unlawful actions;

  • comply with the curfew in your region;

  • not ignore air raid alerts and seek shelter when the air raid alert sounds;

  • report suspicious objects or individuals who may be involved in provocations or pose a potential threat to law enforcement authorities.
