213 combat engagements since start of day, 49 of them in Pokrovsk direction, General Staff says
A total of 213 combat engagements have taken place since the start of the day.
This is stated in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s report as of 10:00 p.m., Censor.NET reports.
Enemy shelling
The enemy carried out 36 air strikes and dropped 119 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it used 3,545 kamikaze drones and launched 2,822 attacks on populated areas and the positions of our troops.
Situation in the north
In the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, three combat engagements took place today. The enemy carried out 76 attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas, including three using multiple launch rocket systems.
Fighting in Kharkiv Oblast
- In the South Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy assaulted the positions of our units five times near the settlements of Starytsia and Veterynarne.
- In the Kupiansk direction, our defenders successfully repelled seven enemy assaults toward the settlements of Petropavlivka, Kurylivka, Nova Kruhliakivka, and Novoosynove.
Situation in the east
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attempted eight times to push forward toward the settlements of Nadiia, Novoserhiivka, Novoiehorivka, Stavky, Lyman and Drobysheve. Three combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian troops repelled four assaults by the occupiers near Rai-Oleksandrivka and Platonivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy did not conduct any attacks.
The Defense Forces successfully repelled 15 enemy assaults in the Kostiantynivka direction near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Berestok, Stepanivka, Kleban-Byk, Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka, Novopavlivka, and toward Mykolaipillia. One more combat engagement is still underway.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy carried out 49 attacks. The occupiers tried to advance near the settlements of Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Muravka, Molodetske, Filiia, and toward the settlements of Bilytske, Shevchenko, Novopidhorodne, and Novopavlivka. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.
According to preliminary estimates, 92 occupiers were killed, and another 43 were wounded in this direction today; one artillery system, seven vehicles, two pieces of special equipment, one motor vehicle, and two enemy personnel shelters were destroyed. A combat armoured vehicle, an artillery system, a gun, five vehicles, and 53 personnel shelters were damaged. A total of 157 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the occupiers tried 21 times to improve their positions, attacking near the settlements of Oleksandrohrad, Sichneve, Vorone, Krasnohirske, and toward the settlements of Ivanivka, Andriivka-Klevtsove, Sosnivka, Stepove, Vyshneve, and Verbove. Kolomiytsi and Katerynivka came under air strikes.
Situation in the south
- In the Huliaipole direction, 37 occupier attacks took place toward the settlements of Olenokostiantynivka, Staroukrainka, Pryluky, Varvarivka, Zaliznychne, Sviatopetrivka, Myrne, Zelene, Huliaipilske, and Charivne. Liubytske and Vozdvyzhivka came under enemy air strikes. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.
- In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders 13 times near the settlements of Mali Shcherbaky, Shcherbaky, Stepnohirsk, Stepove, and toward the settlements of Novodanylivka, Lukianivske, and Prymorske. The enemy launched air strikes on the areas of the settlements of Omelnyk, Shyroke, Kopani, Rivne, Novoselivka, Orikhiv, and Preobrazhenka.
- In the Prydniprovske direction, our troops repelled two enemy assault actions toward the Antonivskyi Bridge.
No significant changes in the situation were recorded in other directions.
