Defense forces struck "Bashneft-Novoyl" oil refinery, enemy training ground, and other Russian targets, - General Staff

On April 1 and 2, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck key targets belonging to the aggressor.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to Censor.NET.
"Bashneft-Novoyl" Oil Refinery
In particular, the "Bashneft-Novoyl" oil refinery (Ufa, Bashkortostan, the Russian Federation) was struck. A direct hit was recorded, followed by a fire on the refinery premises.
It is noted that the refinery is located a considerable distance from Ukraine’s state border, approximately 1,400 km away.
"Bashneft-Novoyl" is one of the largest producers of high-quality lubricants (marine, hydraulic, and motor) in the Russian Federation. Its crude oil refining capacity is approximately 7 million tons per year.
"This refinery is a key component of Russia's fuel and energy sector and is used to meet the needs of the Russian military," the General Staff noted.
The extent of the damage is currently being assessed.
Strikes against the occupiers in the TOT
The "Kulikovsky" training ground (Novopetrivka, temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia Oblast) and an ammunition depot (Uspenivka, temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia Oblast) were also struck.
In addition, enemy troop concentrations in Kotlyne, Shandryholove in Donetsk Oblast, and Berezove in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast were struck.
Enemy casualties are being verified.
