Russian attacks on Kherson kill 1 and injure 16

Throughout the day on April 3, Russian forces struck Kherson with aircraft, artillery, and drones, leaving one person dead and others injured.

What is known

As noted, the Russian army carried out an airstrike on the region using four guided aerial bombs and also attacked with artillery, mortars, and drones.

As of 5:30 p.m., it has been recorded that one person was killed and 16 others were injured as a result of Russian aggression.

Details

At about 08:30, Russian troops in Kherson dropped explosives from a drone on a stop where a route taxi was standing. As a result of the blast, nine passengers on the bus were injured.

At 12:30, a 60-year-old woman was killed in an enemy strike on the regional center, and one more person was injured.

Artillery shelling of Kherson and drone attacks also continued throughout the day, with six civilians injured overall as a result.

In addition, private houses and apartment buildings, hospital buildings and an educational institution, a religious building, a route taxi, and other vehicles were damaged.
