Putin's meeting with Erdogan at climate conference did not take place

"We have not held meeting with the President of Turkey. Concerning the downed Russian aircraft, most of my colleagues agree that there was no need for this," Putin said.

Putin explained that the fact that the decision to shoot down Su-24 was not taken by President Erdogan made no difference for Russia.
