SBU detained participant of shootout in Mukacheve of July 11, 2015
Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the SBU.
The detainee was reasonably suspected of having committed criminal offenses punished under Part 1 of the Article 255 and Part 2 of the Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The person was on the wanted list as he was fleeing from the pre-trial investigation authorities. The members of the security service had established whereabouts of the wanted person and he was detained in Cherkasy Jan. 12.
The participant of the "Mukacheve events" was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The court will choose the pretrial restriction for him.
It should be reminded that a shootout took place in Mukacheve July 11. The conflict reportedly developed between the members of the Right Sector and cronies of Verkhovna Rada deputy Mykhailo Lanio.
At least three people were killed and 14 were injured in the incident.
