Court rejected appeal against revoking Lukash's preventive measure
The Kyiv Court of Appeal refused to consider an appeal against the decision of the Solomensk district court of Kyiv, denying the extension of former Justice Minister Olena Lukash's preventive measure.

According to his explanation, a trial court's decision is not subject to appeal.
According to Lukash, she intends to further fulfill all procedural actions under the investigation.
She also noted that UAH 2.5 million (approx. $96,000) posted as bail had not been reclaimed from the state budget.
