Ukraine must regain control of border with Russian Federation, - Hollande

French President Francois Hollande insisted on the full implementation of the Minsk agreements by all parties.

Ukraine's Ambassador to France Oleh Shamshur wrote on Twitter, Censor.NET reports.

"The remark from the speech delivered by Hollande to the diplomatic corps: France insists on the full implementation of the Minsk agreements by all parties," he wrote.

Besides, Hollande said that "Ukraine is expected to adopt amendments to the Constitution as soon as possible, Russia - to put pressure for "uncontested" elections to be held in the east of Ukraine."

"We need to move towards the ultimate aim - the restoration of Ukrainian-Russian border and the removal of European sanctions against Russia..." Hollande noted.
