"I quit Poroshenko Bloc faction," - MP Chumak

Poroshenko Bloc MP Viktor Chumak decided to leave the faction.

Censor.NET reports referring to Ukrainski Novyny.

"I quit Poroshenko Bloc faction," he said.

According to Chumak, he tendered an appropriate statement of withdrawal from the faction and it must be registered in the parliament on Thursday. In addition, Chumak tendered another statement about his unwillingness to be a member of the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption.

He believes he will be more productive as a people's deputy rather than a member of commission which is still not functioning.

As previously reported, Chumak said the committee on rules and organization of work of the parliament refused to consider a withdrawal of his statement of resignation as MP.
