"The last cooperation program with Moscow expired back in 2013. Given the political situation between the countries, cooperation with the cities located in the territory of the Russian Federation has been consciously stopped. So, these documents have a symbolic status rather than legal. However, given the ideological component, it would be correct to take a collective decision," Deputy Mayor - City Council Secretary Volodymyr Prokopov said.
The corresponding decision was supported by 97 deputies.
