Trade between Ukraine and Russia continues plunging, - National Bank
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) informed, Censor.NET reports citing Liga.
The goods turnover between the two countries fell by 57.8 percent in Jan. 2016 to $367 million, which is more than 2.3 times. The negative balance decreased threefold and amounted to $125 million.
The NBU noted that the share of Russian imports of commodities decreased to 10.1 percent in January compared to 19.3 percent in 2015 due to energy imports plunge by 2.1 times. Russia's export share fell to 6.6 percent from 8.6 percent in Jan. 2015.
