Personal incomes plummeting in Russia, - Deputy Prime Minister Golodets

Russia faces sharp drop in household incomes.

As reported by Censor.NET citing RIA Novosti, this was announced by Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets.

"We are facing a very sharp drop in incomes. It's sharp both in terms of real wages and general revenues. All this results in a reduced purchasing power of the population, affecting the retail turnover, which is shrinking at a dramatic pace," she said.
