Case against Ivaniushchenko not dismissed: court's decision appealed, - PGO
This was announced by PGO's prosecutor Vladyslav Kutsenko on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel, Censor.NET informs.
"I assure you that the case on Ivaniushchenko has not been dismissed. Indeed, there was a court's decision obliging the prosecution to close the case, but we haven't closed it, we have appealed this decision in the court. If you enter the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations, it reads that the Ivaniushchenko case is open," Kutsenko said.
"I assure you that the case on Ivaniushchenko has not been dismissed.
