Cabinet to start targeting and monetization of social benefits
As reported by Censor.NET citing Ukrainski Novyny, this is announced in the Cabinet's action plan, approved by the Verkhovna Rada on April 14.
The document stipulates for creation of an efficient system of allocation and provision of social benefits.
The program stresses that the policies will be shifted towards targeting ans monetization of the benefits.
