National Police appealed reinstatement of Main Investigation Department ex-deputy head Mamka, - Dekanoidze
The National Police has appealed the reinstatement of Main Investigation Department former deputy chief Hryhorii Mamka.
This was announced by National Police Chief Khatia Dekanoidze, Censor.NET reports referring to Ukrainski Novyny."We have already filed an appeal. By the way, the hearing has already been scheduled. We will fight by all means available," she said.
Dekanoidze also noted that police officer Mamka had been detached to serve in Avdiivka, the Donetsk region.
As previously reported, on April 7, Mamka was reinstated as police officer by judicial ruling.
In December 2015, National Police Chief Khatia Dekanoidze dismissed him.
Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili accused Mamka of corruption and racketeering.
