On Tuesday, May 3, pro-Russian illegal armed gangs restored their shelling of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) forces after dark.
As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the ATO Staff press center."The total of six cases of cease-fire violations by pro-Russian illegal armed gangs were recorded yesterday," the message reads.
It is noted that at Donetsk direction near Zaitseve, Luhanske, and Avdiivka, militants were shelling ATO forces' strong points from small arms and grenade launchers of various systems. In addition, positions near Avdiivka were shelled from IFV weapons.
At Mariupol direction, militants fired from grenade launchers and small arms upon ATO forces' positions near Hnutove. An enemy sniper was seen operating there.
In addition, air reconnaissance by terrorist drones was conducted in the Donbas air space two times.
