"Black Hundred" to be formed to combat smuggling, Hroisman says
The Cabinet of Ministers intends to establish an authority to combat smuggling.
Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman said at today's meeting of the Cabinet, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.
"We are working on establishing an authority, the so-called "Black Hundred", which will be engaged in the fight against smuggling practices," he said.
