Lutsenko: I have president's carte blanche, no сase will be stalled

As reported by Censor.NET citing Interfax-Ukraine, Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko said it at today's press conference.
"No сase will be stalled," the official stressed. According to him, the deputies will not be able to stop an investigation. "I've been given carte blanche by the president," Lutsenko added.
