One Ukrainian soldier killed, five wounded yesterday, - ATO speaker

One Ukrainian soldier was killed, four were wounded in the course of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) in the east of Ukraine on June 8. One border guard was also injured in the ATO area yesterday.

This was announced by Presidential Administration speaker on ATO matters Oleksandr Motuzianyk at a briefing, Censor.NET informs.

"Yesterday, one Ukrainian soldier was killed in combat activities, four more military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received injuries, as well as an employee of the State Border Service," he said.

As previously reported, the National Security and Defense Council claims 10,000 Ukrainians have been killed and more than 20,000 injured by Russian terrorist groups during the ATO.
