Notorious Aidar fighter Rubezh released on parole, - journalist Olha Reshetylova
Today, Aidar Battalion fighter Ihor "Rubezh" Radchenko, suspected of committing a series of crimes, has been remanded on parole at the request of several people's deputies.
Censor.NET reports referring to journalist Olha Reshetylova's Facebook.She wrote: "Rubezh has been released on parole at the request of MPs Opanasenko, Artemenko, and another one with a Georgian surname. God save the witnesses and the victims."
Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office served notices of suspicion against two Aidar fighters accused of committing a number of grave crimes. Later it emerged they were Aidar commander Valentyn "Batia" Lykholit and fighter Ihor "Rubezh" Radchenko.
Criminal proceedings instituted against Rubezh involve creation of an armed gang, robbery, burglary, and abduction of two or more persons. According to investigation, the Aidar fighter violated the Constitution, the Charter of the Ukrainian Armed Forces several times and improperly performed his duties.
