Drone operators from the ‘Babai’ crew of the 1020th Anti-Aircraft Missile and Artillery Regiment shot down a Russian ‘Geran-5’ drone during one of the enemy’s air attacks.

According to Censor.NET, Ukrainian pilots used the new STING S interceptor drone from ‘Wild Hornets’ to destroy the enemy aerial target.

The pilot guided the interceptor towards the Russian ‘Geran-5’ and struck it on the left side of the fuselage. As a result of the hit, the enemy drone was destroyed in mid-air.

The caption accompanying the published video also notes that the Geran-5’s payload weighs up to 90 kilograms, and its flight range can reach 950 kilometres.
