Russian troops attacked the Kirovohrad and Volyn regions with drones.

Kirovohrad Region
"As a result of yet another enemy attack on the outskirts of Kropyvnytskyi, one of the local businesses has been damaged.
The blast wave shattered the windows in the warehouse. An inspection of the area is ongoing," states the statement from Raikovych, head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration.
There were no fatalities or injuries.
Volyn Oblast
Taras Yakovlev, Deputy Mayor of Kovel, told Suspilne about an attack by a reconnaissance UAV on an infrastructure facility.
As of 11.50 on 23 September, the helpline had received nearly 10 reports from members of the public whose property had been damaged as a result of the Russian Federation’s attack. Most of the damage was to windows and roofs of houses.
