Russia’s losses in early October rose by 39.7 per cent compared with September, – Madyar

The USF has recorded a sharp rise in Russian losses in the Dobropillia–Pokrovsk sector

In the first five days of October, confirmed irretrievable and combat-related casualties among Russian military personnel, as recorded by units of the Unmanned Systems Forces, rose by 39.7 per cent compared with the same period in September.

According to Censor.NET, this was stated by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert (Madyar) Brovdi.

He noted that between 1 and 5 October, 2,699 enemy casualties were confirmed, compared with 1,931 during the same period in September.

Compared with 1–5 August, the figure rose by 76.5 per cent – from 1,529 to 2,699 confirmed casualties.

"The largest increase was recorded and effectively addressed by the USF ‘Birds’ in the ‘Azov’ Task Force sector (the Dobropillia–Pokrovsk direction, specifically the sector of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine ‘Azov’)," emphasised Madyar.

In the first five days of October, USF pilots confirmed 1,268 irretrievable and medical evacuations of Russian military personnel in that area.

By way of comparison, 884 such casualties were recorded during the corresponding period in September, representing an increase of 43 per cent.

Compared with 1–5 August, the figure rose by 91 per cent – from 664 to 1,268 casualties.

"The figures provided relate exclusively to units of the USF Group and do not include other units of the Joint Forces Operation, so the full picture is certainly much worse," emphasised the USF commander.
