Russian occupiers have carried out yet another attack on civilian shipping in the Black Sea.

This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, according to Censor.NET.

What is known?

A commercial vessel flying the flag of the Marshall Islands and carrying rapeseed oil was damaged by a strike from a Russian drone.

"A fire broke out in the superstructure. As a result of the strike, one person was killed and seven others were injured," the statement said.
