In the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, the police and the State Emergency Service are carrying out a complex operation to defuse an unexploded ballistic missile, discovered amongst residential buildings, which the enemy fired at the capital last night.

This was reported by Censor.NET, citing the Kyiv Police Communications Department.

Access to the area is restricted

As noted, bomb disposal experts from the capital’s police force and units of the State Emergency Service are currently working at the scene. The specialists will remove the warhead and subsequently transport it to a test site for further disposal.

Access to the area is restricted for members of the public.

"Please do not approach the site of the operation, and if you spot any other suspicious objects, report them immediately via the emergency hotlines 101 or 102," the police emphasise.
