The approximately 15-second video was recorded by a fixed surveillance camera from an elevated position. The recording date and time (October 8, 5:15 p.m.) and the "Vyshneve News" Telegram channel watermark are visible in the upper-left corner. Initially, the scene is quiet, with only a man in a light-colored shirt walking along a path with pedestrian markings. A second or two later, he suddenly starts running, and the next moment a bright explosion fills the frame: a fireball erupts on the right side of the playground, scattering debris.
