The Zhytomyr region has once again come under enemy attack.

This was reported on a Telegram channel by Vitalii Bunechko, head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, according to Censor.NET.

Where did the enemy strike?

Since the evening, the enemy has repeatedly shelled the north of the Zhytomyr region. Railway and energy infrastructure facilities in the Korosten district were hit.

The attacks caused fires, which emergency services quickly extinguished. Due to the threat of further shelling, State Emergency Service specialists were forced to retreat to safe areas before returning to work.
