British Defense Minister Wes Streeting expressed his support for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy following statements by U.S. President Donald Trump.

Streeting emphasized that the British government is committed to maintaining unity among Western allies in their support for Ukraine.
According to him, London considers it its duty to work toward uniting its partners.
"We want to see strong unity among the West in its resolve and support for Ukraine, and we consider it our duty to try once again to bring our friends together," the minister stated.
He also explicitly expressed support for the Ukrainian president.
"We support President Zelenskyy," Streeting emphasized.
London’s position underscores the United Kingdom’s desire to maintain support for Kyiv and the unity of its Western partners.
