Enemy attacks and bad weather have left consumers in six regions without power: rolling blackouts are in place, – Ministry of Energy

Power cut following shelling

Due to the hostilities, some consumers in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions are temporarily without electricity.

This was reported by Censor.NET, citing the Ministry of Energy’s press office.

As noted, where the security situation allows, teams are already working on restoring power. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power to Ukrainian homes as quickly as possible.

Power cuts due to bad weather

Due to bad weather, 63 settlements in the Ternopil, Zhytomyr and Khmelnytskyi regions remain without electricity. Repair crews are working to restore the supply.

Rotational power cuts in place

Due to grid constraints caused by previous Russian attacks, hourly power cuts and power restriction schedules for industry and business are in force today in a number of regions across Ukraine. This is a necessary measure to help prevent grid overloads and protect the system from large-scale failures. Up-to-date schedules are published on the official websites of regional distribution system operators. Please check the websites of your region’s regional electricity distribution company for updates on power supply changes.

"Up-to-date information on the consequences of attacks and the state of the power system is published exclusively on official websites, without unnecessary detail. We ask that you use only verified sources and refrain from sharing material that could assist the enemy," the Ministry of Energy emphasises.
