203 clashes in past 24 hours: 29 Russian attacks repelled in Pokrovsk sector, – General Staff
Over the past 24 hours, 203 combat engagements were recorded on the front line. Russian forces carried out 29 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction, 20 in the Southern Slobozhanshchyna direction, and 15 in the Kostiantynivka direction.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out 90 air strikes, during which they dropped 301 guided bombs. In addition, the invaders deployed 9,516 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,619 shelling attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, 31 of which involved the use of multiple launch rocket systems.
The following settlements, in particular, came under enemy fire:
- Pavlivka, Vilna Sloboda, Vasylivske, Zarichchia, Korenok, Korchakivka, Nova Sich, Khrapivshchyna, Sopych, Ulanove, Rohizne, Mala Rybytsia, Potapivka, Iskryskivshchyna in Sumy Oblast;
- Khrinivka in Chernihiv Oblast.
Over the past 24 hours, the Defence Forces’ air force, missile forces and artillery struck an area where enemy personnel were concentrated and a UAV command post.
Combat operations
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors over the past day, the aggressor carried out 49 attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas.
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi sector, Ukrainian units repelled 20 enemy attacks. The invaders attempted to advance in the areas around the settlements of Starytsia, Izbytske, Vovchanski Khutory, Zybino and towards Zakharivka, Varvarivka, Radkivka and Doroshivka.
In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy did not carry out any assault operations.
Attempts to breach our defences were repelled in the Lyman sector, where the occupiers attacked six times in the areas around the settlements of Kolodiazi and Lyman.
In the Sloviansk and Kramatorsk sectors, the enemy did not carry out any assault operations.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, 15 attacks were recorded. The invaders carried out offensive operations in the areas around the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Sofiivka, Dovha Balka and towards Mykolaipillia.
The enemy carried out twenty-nine attacks in the the Pokrovsk sector. The occupiers attempted to advance towards the settlements of Hruzke, Toretske, Vilne, Kucheriv Yar, Dobropillia, Svitle, Myrne, Serhiivka and in the Molodetske area.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy launched a single attack towards Ternove.
In the Huliaipole sector, the enemy made 12 attempts to advance in the areas around the settlements of Rizdvianka and Ternove, and towards the settlements of Nove Zaporizhzhia, Kosivtseve, Hirke, Vozdvyzhivka and Prydorozhne.
In the Orikhiv and Prydniprovskyi sectors, the occupiers did not carry out any assault operations.
In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups have been detected.
